If the CO sensor ( ) is slow blinking even though no cars have moved and/or there is no CO in the garage.

-   For example, if the customer had installed the unit, the CO indicator stopped blinking after the 48 hour warm up, then has a power outage, then the CO indicator flashes.


Start by rebooting the system, Plug and Unplug it.

When plugging it in, check to see if the all the lights turn on for a second. If so they have the newest revision.

Let the system run for 1 Hour to do it’s CO Burn, If after an hour it does not complete the burn, (Light still blinking), Press and hold the Button for roughly 5 seconds, all the lights should turn on and the unit will factory reset. So it will do another 48 Hour Burn.


Below can be used to email steps for the customer to follow and report back:


  1. Reboot the system by unplugging and plugging it back in.  
  2. When plugging it in, check to see if all the lights turn on for a second.  (You may need to be looking at the lights as you're plugging the system in to see the lights turn on.)
  3. Let the system run for 1 hour to warm up the CO sensor.
  4. If, after the 1 hour, the CO light ( ) is still blinking, Press and hold the WATER DROP (%) button for about 5 seconds.  All the lights should turn on and off, and the system will factory reset.
  5. Let the system run for 48 hours.  If the CO light ( )  is still blinking, contact Customer Support.
