Enter the debug menu of your controller by holding the UP and DOWN buttons until the screen changes to Debug Menu.
	The System Status Option will be selected, so tap the RIGHT ARROW button to continue.
Once in there, you can provide either photos or the details of the information that you collect over the following 5 different screens by the UP and/or DOWN buttons.
To exit that, simply use the LEFT ARROW button until you are back to your main screen.
