Unplug your router, bring the controller (with the power adaptor) downstairs with you and unplug the exhaust unit.

Plug both the controller and the exhaust unit in to complete the following steps:


Hold the UP & DOWN ARROWS together


Release the UP & DOWN ARROWS when you see the
~Debug Menu~
Select "Factory Reset" by using the DOWN ARROW


Tap the RIGHT ARROW

Use the DOWN ARROW to select "YES"


Tap the RIGHT ARROW

Select the appropriate Language using the

UP/DOWN ARROWS


Tap the RIGHT ARROW to select/continue


Select the appropriate Temperature Format using the
UP/DOWN ARROWS

Tap the RIGHT ARROW to select/continue

Select the appropriate Clock Format using the

UP/DOWN ARROWS


Tap the RIGHT ARROW to select/continue


Select the appropriate Time Zone using the
UP/DOWN ARROWS

Tap the RIGHT ARROW to select/continue

Enable/Disable Daylight Savings using the

UP/DOWN ARROWS


Tap the RIGHT ARROW to select/continue

Unplug the Exhaust unit.


Tap the RIGHT ARROW to continue


This can take up to a minute to complete

Plug in your Exhaust unit.


Tap the RIGHT ARROW to continue


This can take up to a minute to complete

If you get this screen, the controller may be too far from the Exhaust unit.



Try again, if you fail to connect, try connecting when closer to the Exhaust unit.


(Tap the RIGHT ARROW to Retry)

The system continues to the next screen automatically

You're done! 

From here, follow the onscreen instructions to pair the controller with the exhaust unit. 
When paired, you may bring the controller (with a power adapter) back upstairs and plug it in.  
Your router may be powered up again.
